Customer Reviews
pretty good for free!
got the desktop version for nothing and it's super handy, just wish it had an iphone app like otter.ai.
Love my Granola!
Oh my goodness, Granola is amazing! I got Granola for Mac and it has totally changed how I do meetings. The Meeting Highlights are so useful! It's just so easy to use and I can find everything later. I'm telling everyone about this, it's so good!
Worked great with Zoom
Used Granola for a team meeting on Zoom. It just joined, took notes, and gave us a summary right after. Super easy. No fumbling around, which I liked. Overall, a smooth experience.
Detailed features, quick setup
I signed up for Granola Pro after using the free tier. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I used it for a few Google Meet calls and the integration worked seamlessly. The Automated Transcription was accurate, and I particularly liked the Post-Meeting Action Items feature; it really helped streamline follow-ups. Delivery of the features (instant access) was great. Support wasn't needed, but the FAQs on their site looked pretty thorough for basic questions. Overall, a solid product that delivered on its promises.
Consistently reliable service
This isn't my first time using Granola; I've had the Pro plan for a while now. This latest renewal for Granola Desktop was as smooth as ever. The service has been consistently reliable for my meeting summaries and action items. That's why I keep coming back.
Good value for Pro plan
I was looking for an AI note-taker and Granola Pro caught my eye. The annual billing discount made it a really good deal compared to monthly. I felt I got a lot for my money, especially with the AI Meeting Notes and Searchable Meeting History. Definitely worth the purchase.
Helpful, but minor hiccup
I got Granola for Windows and it's been mostly great for keeping track of meeting notes. The AI summaries are quite good and save a lot of time. Delivery was instant since it's software, which is expected. My only small gripe is that the Zoom integration sometimes takes a moment to connect at the start of a meeting, maybe 15-20 seconds, but it always eventually joins. Customer service wasn't needed. Good value, just a tiny bit slow sometimes.

If I get the annual subscription, do I save money? Or is it just easier billing?
Does Granola work with Microsoft Teams? My team pretty much lives on Teams for all our meetings.
Is Granola safe for confidential business stuff? Like, does it send my meeting recordings to some random server?
How does Granola compare to Otter.ai? I'm currently using Otter but looking for something better for summaries.
I saw something about a student discount for Granola. Is that still a thing?
